With its training programme, INCREASE directly focusses on staff in residential youth care homes and crisis intervention centres. They include social pedagogues, social workers, psychologists, and volunteers.
At the same time INCREASE looks to support the residential youth care homes, parents, educational institutions and other services that support the young people. INCREASE also aims to influence social partners and responsible authorities and encourage them to utilise the results in their respective fields.
The primary beneficiaries of INCREASE are the children and young people who live in residential youth care homes and crisis intervention centres. They benefit from better-educated and -trained carers and supporters; with the eventual goal of children and young people living in residential youth care homes being more included in society.
